As a Registered Dietitian, Phil is uniquely positioned to support you with specialized nutrition expertise across a wide range of disease states. Where are one-on-one sessions conducted?
All appointments with Phil are via zoom.

Can my partner/husband/ child/ friend join my zoom session?
The answer is yes; however, if more than one person requires coaching, then they would need to purchase their own session(s), and complete the required paperwork, etc.

What do I need to do PRIOR to my first session?
There are 2-steps required before you can schedule your first one-on-one sessions with Phil:
1. A Health History Questionnaire must be completed prior and sent to Phil at: [email protected]. 
2. Accept an “invite” from Phil for the food tracking app, “Cronometer”, and log everything you eat and drink for 2 weekdays and 1 complete weekend (total of 4 days).

Does Phil Knows Food accept health insurance for one-on-one coaching sessions?
Phil Know's Food does not accept insurance for one-on-one nutrition coaching services. However, if your insurance company offers out-of-network nutrition benefits, Phil will assist you in obtaining the appropriate prescription from your physician and provide the necessary invoicing for you to submit to your insurance, after payment has been made.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Both credit cards and debit cards are accepted.

Are there payment plans?
Yes, there are automated payment plans available for 6 or more sessions.

Does Phil Knows Food have an affiliate or referral program?
Yes, we offer both affiliate and referral programs, each with incentives and rewards. You can find more information about these programs on our website at www.PhilKnowsFood.com.
